The coffee

How fresh is it?

Roasted in Findon, Adelaide. Not in a warehouse interstate.

We roast daily and pack to order, so your coffee goes from roaster to box in days, not months.

Whole beans or ground?

Both. Pick at checkout.

Whole beans, or ground for espresso, filter, pour over, AeroPress, French press, percolator or cold brew.

If you have a grinder at home, go whole beans. It stays fresher longer.

What sizes do you sell?

250g, 500g and 1kg bags. Bundles if you get through a lot.

Pods come in 10s and 60s.

Espresso roast or filter roast?

Espresso roast for espresso machines, stovetops and anything you drink with milk.

Filter roast is lighter, for pour over, batch brew, AeroPress and black coffee.

Not sure? Espresso roast. It is what most people drink.

How should I store it?

Airtight, cool, dark. Not the fridge, not the freezer, not the windowsill.

Buy what you will drink in two or three weeks. More on storing coffee at home.

Do you do decaf?

Yes. Mountain Water Decaf, chemical free, and it actually tastes like coffee.

Beans and Nespresso-compatible pods.

Do your pods fit my machine?

They fit Nespresso original line machines. Throwback and Decaf, from $10 for a 10 pack.
