Altura Coffee X Milk Lab Barista BattleÂ
Altura Coffee were pumped to host the South Australian heat of the annual Milk Lab barista battle! The final heat before M.I.C.E (Melbourne International Coffee Expo). It was the ultimate latte art smackdown, where baristas battled for the chance to represent South Australia at the barista finals held at MICE in August & for a chance to win a trip for two to the Toronto Coffee Festival in 2024!

How it went down? 24 Baristas. 4 Rounds. 1 Winner.
South Australia's best baristas put on a spectacular and extremely competitive show at the Altura Coffee HQ, as they crafted amazing latte art using Milk Lab products and shots of our very own Altura Coffee using our Tuscan blend
There was wood oven pizzas, drinks, spot prizes & giveaways throughout the night and a good vibes!
A big thank you to all our competitors and spectators who either competed or came along for the good vibes. Special congratulations to our winner @barista_bishal in taking home 1st place 🥇and now heading to Melbourne to compete, with @soklychheom placing 2nd 🥈 & @rouzhao placing 3rd 🥉.
