Brazil Canastra Aerobic Natural is a tropical flavour bomb that hits hard and lingers long. Bursting with juicy raspberry, crisp white grape, and ripe mango, it’s all wrapped up in smooth, sticky toffee sweetness. The natural process brings a syrupy body and bold intensity, making it a standout black coffee — vibrant, fruity, and complex. It shines through milk with mango Weiss bar vibes (yes, really), and it's just as stunning as a filter: clean, juicy, and seriously moreish.

Brazil Canastra Single Origin Coffee

Serra da Canastra, Cerrado Mineiro | Altitude: 1,000–1,250 MASL

Grown in the stunning highlands of Serra da Canastra, this vibrant single origin comes from Canastra Farm — a pioneering estate led by Edson Luiz Ignacio. After an extensive search for the perfect coffee-growing environment, Edson settled in Tapira, a region known for its rich volcanic soil, pristine water sources, and dramatic elevation. At 1,000 to 1,250 meters above sea level, the farm benefits from warm days and cool nights, slowing the ripening of cherries and allowing sugars and flavours to fully develop.

Spanning 1,000 hectares, Canastra Farm is a model of sustainability and community investment. Half of the land is reserved for native vegetation and the protection of local springs and rivers. The farm uses organic composting and biological pest control to maintain harmony with the environment and improve cup quality. It also runs training programs and workshops to promote sustainable farming and uplift local workers.

With a yearly output of around 40,000 bags, Canastra Farm cultivates a diverse mix of Arabica varieties — including Arara, Catucaí, Bourbon, Acauã, Paraíso, Guará, and IPR 107 — processed using natural and pulped natural methods to highlight the farm’s clean, fruity profile.
