Honduran Fair Trade Organic

Ethically and environmentally sourced via, Molinos de Honduras, throughout the main coffee growing regions of Agalta, Comayagua, Copan, Montecillos, Opalca and El Paraiso.
The coffee is drawn from small holder farms, mostly 2- 3 hectares in size. Coffee is processed across the six processing mills operated by Molinos. This ensures uniform quality standards and consistency of the coffee from all the mills. This beautiful coffee is blended from the different regions by expert cuppers in the San Pedro Sula Head Office.
